What Was Built
A repeatable sales and account-management system for a fitness franchise. The work included sales team coaching, customer follow-up, retention loops, upsell strategy, B2B partnership workflows, and a written franchise sales playbook.
The core job was turning informal sales instincts into a system the team could train against, measure, and improve.
My Role
I worked across sales, coaching, and operations. I scaled the sales team while still in high school, coached 6 sales agents, authored and iterated the sales playbook, built B2B relationships, developed upsell strategies, and coached/programmed for hundreds of clients.
The role was early operator training under real pressure: sell the product, deliver the product, write down what worked, coach the team, and keep tightening the system until performance improved.
Result
The franchise grew annual revenue by more than 3x during this period, supported by B2B partnerships, internal sales systems, and improved retention discipline.
Existing customer revenue increased through upsell strategy, and NPS improved from 31 to 68.
Why It Mattered
Fitness businesses are operating businesses first. The client experience is the product, and the product breaks when sales, service, retention, and follow-up are not coordinated.
The work mattered because it made growth less dependent on individual heroics and more dependent on a repeatable operating cadence: who follows up, what gets said, what gets measured, and what happens after the sale.
What This Proves
I learned early how to build from the floor: talk to customers, close deals, coach teams, measure weak points, and turn messy service delivery into an operating system.
