Gymnazo
I helped turn founder-led movement coaching into repeatable products, curriculum, and sales systems that supported 209% YoY growth.
Converted expert movement coaching into products, curriculum, and sales systems.
Made founder-level judgment reproducible across coaches and customers.
Supported 209% year-over-year growth, a $2,000 certification, and a third location.
What Was Built
Gymnazo had a valuable but hard-to-scale asset: expert movement coaching that worked because experienced coaches could see, cue, and progress people in ways most fitness businesses could not.
I helped turn that expertise into repeatable systems: flagship programming, precision movement language, coach onboarding, certification curriculum, sales playbooks, partnership workflows, and feedback loops between client delivery and operations.
The work helped turn expert-led movement coaching into a system other coaches could learn, reproduce, and improve.
My Role
I worked across product, programming, sales, partnerships, and coach development. I helped create fitness products, train coaches, formalize sales systems, initiate partnership workflows, and connect field feedback back into product and operations.
On the coaching side, I helped train 11+ new coaches and turn tacit movement expertise into curriculum, standards, and evaluation loops. On the business side, I helped connect the product, coaching, and sales system so the company could scale without relying only on founder-level delivery.
Result
The work helped Gymnazo grow substantially, including 209% year-over-year revenue growth tied to the launch and refinement of flagship fitness products.
The coach development program evolved into a standalone certification product sold online for roughly $2,000. Gymnazo served 3,500+ customers, creating demand strong enough to justify a third location while expanding corporate wellness delivery.
Why It Mattered
Expert judgment does not scale until it is named. Gymnazo had a high-quality service, but the product depended on making movement language, progression logic, coaching standards, and sales motion reproducible.
Precision made the business more scalable, not colder. It gave coaches a clearer map of what to change, customers a more consistent experience, and the business a way to grow without diluting the product.
What This Proves
I can operationalize expert knowledge. Whether the domain is movement, health, or AI data operations, I know how to turn founder-led judgment into products, training systems, and operating rhythms a team can use.
